Carefully curated by Executive Chef, Chris Barlow, our fine dining menu offers a variety of Australian fusion dishes and sharing plates, featuring locally sourced produce from the Great Ocean Road and Surf Coast regions.
Our aim is to showcase local produce and artists, from the highest quality ingredients to the plates they are presented on. Our dinnerware is hand-made by local Surf Coast artist, Angela Nicholson and water jugs by Anglesea ceramic artist, Melinda Solly.
Our carefully selected bar menu features a range of locally sourced wines and craft beer. You'll also find crafted cocktails from Great Ocean Road Gin and Timboon Distillery, in addition to the classics on our extensive cocktails list.

'The Deck' offers pizzas and larger dishes designed for outdoor dining, or to be enjoyed from the comfort of your room at Great Ocean Road Resort.
