MODERN AUSTRALIAN FUSION
Carefully curated by Head Chef, Chris Barlow, our fine dining menu offers a variety of Australian fusion dishes and sharing plates, featuring locally sourced produce from the Great Ocean Road and Surf Coast regions.
Our aim is to showcase local produce and artists, from the highest quality ingredients to the plates they are presented on. Our dinnerware is hand-made by local Surf Coast artist, Angela Nicholson and water jugs by Anglesea ceramic artist, Melinda Solly.
Our carefully selected bar menu features a range of locally sourced wines and craft beer. You'll also find crafted cocktails from Great Ocean Road Gin and Timboon Distillery, in addition to the classics on our extensive cocktails list.
Chris Barlow, our Head Chef, has over 15 years of classical experience in restaurants across the UK and Melbourne.
"The inspiration behind the menu came from our coastal location and the abundance of local produce and suppliers that are available to me. My aim was to keep the supply local, while using the multicultural heritage of Melbourne as the base for our range of dishes.
The ideas behind the dishes came from personal memories and experiences, of time spent travelling and experiencing different cultures. My intention when designing this menu was to encourage the sharing of food between friends and family."
