The Coast works with the finest local producers and artisans to create a unique fine dining experience. Classically trained Head Chef, Chris Barlow, has carefully curated our fine dining menu, offering Australian fusion dishes that are artfully presented on local handmade ceramics.
Our menu celebrates the best ingredients from local suppliers including Great Ocean Road Duck, Ravens Creek Farm, The Apiary Honey and Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery.
Our dishes are complimented by carefully selected drinks from passionate local crafters including Timboon Distillery, Great Ocean Road Gin, Brown Magpie Wines, Pondalowie Vineyard, Dinny Goonan Wines, Bellbrae Estate, "Heroes" Vineyard, Blackman's Brewery and Surf Coast Coffee Roasters.
